Freshly hand-roasted  Coffee Blend using 70% Arabica Speciality Coffee & 30% Robusta Coffee Grade 1

Double roasted for richer taste. We have created for you a gorgeous blend bringing together both the Arabica and Robusta to produce an excellent espresso or cappuccino of great strength and character but with no bitterness.

As always, our inspiration comes from another beautiful spot in Australia, Coogee Beach. This one is particularly special to us as we spent many mornings, relaxing and enjoying freshly brewed coffee along with a great Aussie brekkie.

Process- Natural – Washed & Polished

Roast- Medium

Notes – Toffee, Cocoa & Macadamia with a lingering aftertaste of tiramisu.
