We want the coffee to arrive at your door as fresh as possible and so most of the time we ship accordingly to the roasting schedule. With that in mind, please allow roasting and resting time which is usually 3 days (not including weekends) from the order date.

Damaged or Incorrect orders
If by any chance your order is incorrect or damaged, Smooth Coffee UK will offer a replacement or refund policy, please do contact us immediately to be able to assist you as best as possible.
Change of mind
If you have changed your mind and the items are unsuitable (this does not include perishable items) then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund. You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods. Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 14 working days for this process.
All shipping charges back to Smooth Coffee UK is to be covered by the customer and they are calculated at the time of the return. If you prefer a different shipping method than the one provided in the SHIPPING PORTAL below, we encourage that your carrier provides you with ‘proof of delivery’ as Smooth Coffee UK will not be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
