We have created this beautiful all rounded blend from South America and Central America bringing along the inspiration of the iconic Bondi Beach, a magnificent beach in Sydney, Australia with a thriving fun & amazing coffee culture.

This blend is lightly roasted to produce a coffee with a distinct nutty and citric flavour followed by velvety sweet undertones. Really smooth and an excellent body!!

Region - Colombia, Brazil & Honduras

Process- Natural – Washed & Polished

Roast- Light

Notes – Mocha, Pecan & Citrus with sweet candied flavoured finishing notes

Best enjoyed - As espresso and milk-based coffees and it also makes a delicious rich Cafetière or Filter.
